I now have so many techniques in my toolbox, I often joke it resembles more of a tool shed. I’ve learnt many valuable self-help techniques that have become an integral part of my daily life. Many of these techniques have been introduced to me in a medical setting to help me self-manage my illness, but I believe they can be helpful to everyone in managing life’s challenges whilst taking good care of yourself. I will be gradually adding to the techniques in this toolbox. I hope you find them as useful as I do.
